The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£90m
The Role:
Working across the M62 corridor, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes and splits) including compressor swops in commercial offices and gyms.
The Person:
It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F gas cat 1.
The Salary:
DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is paid at 1.5
£18.40 + 23 days holiday + 3%/5% pension + O/T rates
Salary based on 40 hour week £38,282 with all travel paid on top at x 1.5 (£27.60)
With an average of 30 minutes travel at the start and end of each day, this will equate to c£45,000.
With an average of 60 minutes travel at the start and end of each day, this will equate to c£52,000
