Advocate - Family Law

Our client are a leading Isle of Man-based firm of Advocates with divisions across the legal arena and are now seeking an experienced Advocate with specialisation in Family Law to join and become an integral part of the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a dedicated, qualified Family Lawyer / Advocate and you will perform a range of duties including but not be limited to:

* Contact and residence orders

* Financial matters and maintenance

* Separation agreements and divorce

* Prenuptial agreements

* Parental responsibility

* Filing legal documents

* Attending court proceedings

* Participating in mediation sessions
