Our client are a leading Isle of Man-based firm of Advocates with divisions across the legal arena and are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join and become an integral part of the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be
* An experienced residential conveyancer with the ability to run their own caseload with minimal assistance. You will enjoy the support of an experienced search clerk and administrative assistant
* Either legally qualified or with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, advising on mortgages, preparing vesting assents, undertaking the relevant work required to submit applications for first registrations and other ancillary conveyancing matters, and have the ability to handle a busy and varied caseload
