Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, business administration or a related field.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
* Passion for environmental sustainability and waste management practices.
