We are currently looking for a receptionist to work for our established client in a high profile building in Slough. The position is full time working Monday to Friday permanently with our client ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service from the moment they arrive.
Our client looks after a number of commercial properties nationwide and are known for the exceptional customer service they provide to their clients.

Full time, 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
£26,000 - £28,000 per anum
Responsibilities:
* To work as part of the Front of House team maintaining five-star standards
* To ensure the smooth operation of the client site
* To ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed
* expectations
* To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room
* management system
* To ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met, providing a five star
* meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants
* To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.
* To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant
* contact points within the building
* Checking facilities are in correct order as often as reasonably practicable
* Receiving and signing in/out all visitors /delegates to the Training Centre Managing room bookings, Coordinating Customers Meetings/Training
* Updating the internal calendar with current and future bookings /events
* Arranging Couriers as required and sending tracking information to senders
* Answering the telephone, adhering to all emails received
We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience working within a customer facing environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* IT Literate – knowledgeable of Microsoft office
* Can work unaided or as part of a team
