My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a reach licence for using a Flexi forklift truck and will be responsible for moving pallets, picking, packing, and using an RF gun. This role is integral to their warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of their products.

The role begins as a temp to perm but could well become permanent for the right candidate, if interested please e-mail your CV to me, hours of work are 8:30am-5pm weekdays and there may be overtime on occasion.
We are looking for candidates that live within the Stevenage or very local surrounds.
Skills Required
Be able to operate a Flexi forklift truck to move and stack pallets safely and efficiently.
Pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
Use an RF gun to scan and process items accurately.
Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and safe at all times.
Assist with stock control, including stock taking and inventory management.
Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Ideally have a reach license for Flexi forklift truck operation.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Proficiency in using RF guns and other warehouse technology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Desirable:
Experience in a mechanical or engineering-related warehouse.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to warehouse operations.
