We are currently recruiting for a Fleet & Asset Administrator to join the team at a busy and expanding Engineering firm based in Sutton in Ashfield.
This is a Temporary Contract with an unknown/ongoing duration.
Pay & Job Details
£12.50p/h
Monday to Friday
39 hours paid per week
08.00am start 16.30 finish
Early finish on Friday’s

The Role – Fleet & Asset Administrator
As a Fleet & Asset Administrator you will be responsible for administering the costs, acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the company's vehicle and IT/Digital assets.
Duties will include:
Support Fleet users with breakdown, routings servicing/MOT’s and hire provisions
Administer the issuing of the mobiles, laptops, desktop computers etc
Chase inspection sheets an follow up on reported defects
Maintain fleet compliance
Driving licence checks for new starters
Keep fleet tracking software up to date with vehicle movements
Update MID portal and other portals e.g. Dart Charge/TFL
Capture Fleet data for carbon reporting
Report on fleet costs

Must Have:
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Strong relationship management skills
Confidence to reach out and ask about anything you don’t know
Desirable:
Previous Fleet or Vehicle Administration experience
