Deputy Manager – Learning Disabilities Supported Living
I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a cluster of Learning Disabilities Supported Living services in Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Senior Care Assistant who can assist the management team in the day to day running of these services.
For the right candidate the salary is between £27k and £30k.
The Deputy Manager must have
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Deputy Manager (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential)
* Strong staff management skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Good understanding about CQC regulations
