We are one of the UK's top 200 recruitment companies and have an exceptional record with high profile key clients. We are now looking for anb experienced Recruitment Resourcer to add to our team.
The position
We are looking for an experienced Resourcer or Delivery Consultant to join our vibrant and friendly team of Recruiters. You will be involved with candidates primarily and will be talking to existing contractors, searching for new candidates, organising interviews and negotiating starts for professional engineers and designers.
About you
Ideally you will be an experienced Resourcer who is looking for an opportunity to progress by demonstrating your determination to meet targets and to achieve promotion to Senior level. You will be confident and capable and will be motivated to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work.

You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable) and will have a commission scheme that is tailored to yourself. You will also benefit from both team and individual incentives and bonus schemes.
