Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the heart of Oxfordshire? We are a leading Recruitment Agency partnering with a prestigious Civil Engineering firm, and we're currently seeking a Site Agent for a permanent position based in Didcot.
Role Overview: As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction phase of two major projects: the River Crossing project between Didcot and Culham and the Clifton Hampden bypass. These projects involve the construction of roads, roundabouts, bridges, and more, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

35 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays)Salary: Starting salary of £65,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the engineering team, including Site Engineers, Section Engineers & Foreman
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Monitor and control all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery within programme and budget
Liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors
Attend progress meetings and compile reports
Implement Quality & Environmental plans on site
Drive a Safety Culture across the site teamRequirements:
Relevant highways construction experience
Previous experience with a main contractor in a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
