We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join an admin team of 4 based in Hereford city centre for a 3 month period, starting in June.
 
Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (30 minute unpaid lunch)
Pay rate: £12.50 per hour
 
Main Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Responding to internal and external queries via email
Office administration
Data entry/management/collation
Liasing with customers/clients
Maintaining company records
 
Requirements:
Previous administration experience (6 months+)
Strong MS office skills
Can work effectively in a team
Great work ethic
