An exciting opportunity for an experienced road freight manager has opened to join a leading multi-site logistics company.

A Global Freight Forwarder are actively seeking a Road Freight Regional Manager to join their expanding team based in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity offers the successful applicant a chance to join a multi award winning company and to join a team that truly looks after their people as well as their customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor KPIs for 5 direct reports
Manage and oversee daily site operations
Profit and Loss responsibility for the branch.
Build and develop a strong team handling EU Road Freight Operations.
Driving operational excellence and best practice across the business
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Requirements
Extensive experience in EU Road Freight Forwarding.
Strong Commercial and operational background
Have previously held a similar positioning the Freight Forwarding Industry at General or Regional Manager Level. Package
