Are you an MOT Tester looking for a new challenge?
Join a fantastic team for a family run company based in Bidford Upon Avon, on a permanent basis.
You will be safely conducting MOT inspections, issuing MOT documentation and ensuring compliance with the MOT certification process, whilst working on a range of manufacturers and models, developing your skills and staying up to date with the latest vehicle technology!
You will secure a full-time position working Monday to Friday and a rewarding salary in return for your skillset and passion!
Key roles and responsibilities for the MOT Tester:
Conducting MOT Tests
Perform thorough inspections of vehicles, including brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, and emissions.
Identify, report and rectify any faults accurately.
To work within DVSA framework.
Maintain accurate records of test results.
Perform servicing and maintenance of vehicles when required.
Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects.
Working closely with other members of the workshop team
What we’re looking for in the ideal MOT Tester:
Previous working experience in the Automotive sector as an MOT Tester
Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.
Valid MOT Tester Qualification
As a minimum you will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Full UK Driving licence.
