Masstemps Ltd is currently looking for a Forklift Counterbalance Driver on behalf of one of their clients. The job is full-time and temp-to-perm, and the company is based in the Wednesbury area. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and be punctual and attentive to detail. They must have a good timekeeping and attendance record and be flexible in tasks undertaken within the workplace. The candidate should also be a team player, able to work independently or as part of a team.
To be eligible for this role, the candidate must have 2 years of experience in Forklift Counterbalance/Reach operations. They should have dispatch experience, loading and unloading trailers, organizing paperwork, receiving and recording incoming goods. The candidate should also have a good understanding and knowledge of health and safety and have prior experience working within the manufacturing sector.
The company offers several workplace benefits, including early finish on Fridays, overtime, and onsite parking. The hours of work are double days, Monday to Friday, with two shifts: 06:00 am – 13:30 pm and 13:30 pm – 21:30 pm. The rate of pay is £11.88ph.
