Prepare and submit monthly management accounts, balance sheet lead schedules, and cashflow forecasts within client reporting deadlines.
Support client annual statutory audits and ensure all contractual requirements are met.
Review and approve client annual operating budgets before presenting them.
Lead client meetings from a Finance perspective and follow up on action items.
Maintain standard operating procedures and controls.
Ensure excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a business partner between Finance and other departments.
Represent Finance in internal stakeholder meetings.
Ensure compliance with statutory returns and accreditation requirements.
Develop and maximise the potential of your team through regular 1-2-1s and setting personal objectives.
Stay updated with industry initiatives and adopt best practices in GDPR.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or QBE with relevant management accounts and team management experience.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience within business partnering and ability to present financial information to non-finance individuals.
