Since then, ‘The British Motorsport Company’ has enjoyed rapid expansion; scaling up production to support global exports, running multiple successful domestic championships and expanding its offering with supporting brands including Want2Race, Blyton Park and Sim Track

Job profile:

Due to continued growth and recent investment within the department. We are currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing team in Garforth, Leeds.

As a Supply Chain Administrator, it will be your job to:

* Chase overdue items and follow up on orders – every order to have a clear delivery schedule.

* Assist with the raising and placing of purchase orders with the appropriate supplier.

* Responsible for updating the system with the correct delivery dates for inbound orders.

* Credit card consolidation

* Processing purchase orders and updating Sage with any changes.

* Update the supplier contact information in the supplier order portfolio and ensure this is continuously managed.

* Provide support on accounts invoice queries.

* Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary.

* Resolving issues where stock does not arrive exactly as it should.

* Supporting the function of the supply chain department

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and is ideally suited for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is willing to follow an established process within a team.

Person Specifications:

* Have experience working within an administrative role -preferable supply chain or sales.

* Organised

* Good telephone manner and confident picking up the phone.

* Have some experience using Sage or other IT systems.

* Friendly, polite, and professional

* Able to work on own and part of a team.

* Professional, proactive, and dynamic approach
