Position: MIG Welder
Location: Rotherham
Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour

Responsibilities of a MIG Welder
* Execute MIG welding on diverse metal components and structures.
* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain welding requirements accurately.
* As a MIG Welder you will be required to configure welding equipment and ensure optimal settings for each project.
* Utilize power tools required for MIG Welding and Fabrication including hand tools for cutting, shaping, and grinding metal pieces.
* Assemble and fabricate metal parts in accordance with provided specifications.
* Conduct thorough inspections of welds to uphold quality standards; perform necessary adjustments or repairs as required.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols and uphold cleanliness and organization within the work area.
Skills required to work as a MIG Welder
* Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and procedures.
* A MIG Welder will have a some mechanical knowledge and a grasp a strong understanding of metal fabrication principles.
* Working as a Mig Welder you will have the ability to comprehend and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications effectively.
* Competency in operating power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
* Familiarity with sheet metal work and proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
