Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador, building lasting customer relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
Stay energetic and positive while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Use tools to meet KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and keep up with retail trends.
Accurately process transactions using POS (Shopify) and handle cash responsibly.
Ensure proper stock levels, handle inventory, and follow store opening/closing procedures.
Motivate, coach, and inspire the team; manage employee experience from hiring to offboarding.
Assist store leadership in ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures including staffing, inventory and store maintenance.

Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, lifting, and stocking merchandise.
What You'll Need:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of progressive retail experience.
Strong sales and service skills, ability to multitask, and handle cash transactions.
