QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM
Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Must have a current and/or willing to obtain OT license within the state of practice (Colorado).
BLS Certificate
PREFERRED
Understanding of Rural Healthcare
Pelvic Floor Certificate
