Hire Resolve's esteemed and growing client is a leading CPA accounting firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and increasing the firm's reputation. Duties:
Coordinates, directs and reviews complex tax and accounting engagements
Supervises engagement team
Develop specialized technical proficiency
Take increased responsibility for effective staff utilization
Critical Thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills
Responsible for budgets and realization
Community engagement and volunteering
Requirements
5+ years of public accounting (tax) experience
Active CPA
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required (Masters Preferred)
Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
