Electrical Estimating Sr Manager

Job Description
AECOM/Tishman, a leading builder in the City of New York, has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Electrical Estimator to join our team.
Responsible for management of the Material Cost Estimation function. 
Has primary responsibility for supervision and development of first level Supervisors/Managers. 
Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of the supervisory/management team. 
As a senior manager, establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers. 
Review objectives to determine success of operation. 
Develops, modifies, executes company polices that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect. 
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. 
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Familiar with estimating all elements of the Electrical trades including:
Electrical
Tel/Data and Low Voltage systems
Site utilities and distribution
