Job Description
The purpose of this job is to manage a team of analysts that create and provide statistical and advanced data analytics products and processes within the Loyalty team.
Lead a team to uncover opportunities to use advanced analytics to drive profitability and/or specific target variables
Guide all research and experimental design, and help implement new strategies derived from outcomes
Create and manage the process for data intake, validations, mining, and visualization for both internal and external data sources
Direct and assist a team in creating standardized analytical products across all areas of business
Lead cross-functional meetings that guide decision making through optimization opportunities
Manage intake process for data/reporting requests from business partners and prioritize based on value
Interpret complex statistical inferences to senior executives in a way that drives action and strategy
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
