Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Flexible Scheduling) Eagle Staffing Company
Position Overview:
Eagle Staffing Company is currently in search of highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at a client's location in Delaware County. Our client operates a skilled nursing facility that is conveniently accessible via public transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Exemplify confidence and flexibility in your nursing practice within diverse units, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Facilitate professional and open communication with the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, residents, visitors, and staff.
Support the missions of the Nursing Department and Administration, actively being involved in relevant committees.
Efficiently organize and prioritize assignments for superior nursing care delivery.
Monitor and promptly report any noticeable changes in residents conditions, symptoms, and reactions.
Ensure precise and timely documentation, promoting effective communication across multiple services.
Fulfill important nursing functions, including:Administration of medications and treatments
Assistance with activities of daily living
Execution of rehabilitative techniques to support resident independence
Observance of standard precautions
Provision of end-of-life care
Involvement in and monitoring of care-enhancing programs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, promoting high-quality care and accurate documentation of resident goals.
Cultivate and demonstrate a cooperative team spirit among peers and staff.
Maintain strict confidentiality for residents and staff in line with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in mandatory Staff Development programs and pursue ongoing self-improvement and professional growth through continuing education.
Practice proper usage of equipment and supplies, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Available shifts: 6:45am-2:45pm, 2:45pm-10:45pm, 10:45pm-6:45am.
Flexible scheduling allows you to choose your preferred shifts and days. Confirmation of schedules each month allows for any necessary adjustments.
Receive payments weekly at a competitive compensation rate of $33-$34 per hour.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a year of relevant nursing experience as an LPN.
Must secure a Pennsylvania (PA) Criminal Clearance.
Must possess a valid Quantiferon test.
Resume should be submitted in a Word Document format.
