Employment Type: Full Time / Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 base salary, plus commission
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of success? We're seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue by selling our services to new customers and prospects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on selling our services to B2B clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
* Utilize a hunter mentality to prospect and sell into new account opportunities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
* Adapt quickly to an entrepreneurial atmosphere with constant change, leveraging your passion and enthusiasm for the business to drive success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling business services. Experience in document management sales is a plus.
* Proven track record of exceeding quota in previous sales positions.
* Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and close new business opportunities.
* Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects.
* Bachelors degree.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
