Job Description
As an Assistant Analyst, you will work with experienced analysts on analyzing campaign effectiveness within the agency, both offline and online.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to deliver reports in a timely fashion that are rich with sound insights and recommendations while maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
An ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and will also be detail-oriented and passionate about working with data and providing insights.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Producing campaign reports and analysis for linear, streaming, digital video, display, paid social, and other paid/non-paid media channels
Developing benchmarks to set expectations and goals for campaign performance
Gleaning and communicating observations and insights from campaign results
Identifying learnings based on various placement types, messages and creative executions
Supporting media planning team for ad hoc analysis and report assignments
Consolidating and integrating reports across similar campaigns
Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficiencies
Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
All other duties as assigned
