As an Outside Marketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about our home improvement products and services, identifying their needs, and connecting them with our sales team for a free in-home diagnosis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquire customer contact information for product demonstration and generate additional leads by asking for referrals
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their home improvement needs.
- Presenting and explaining our product and service offerings.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
