We're seeking a discerning Mechanical Supervisor specifically for an innovative Data Centre project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee Site QA alongside the Mechanical Package Manager, ensuring meticulous adherence to protocols from inception to closure.

* Coordinate Project Schedule intricately, aligning with the multifaceted requirements inherent to Data Centre operations.

* Manage all facets of package costs, meticulously controlling expenditure on subcontractors, materials, and equipment, particularly attuned to the unique demands of Data Centre infrastructure.

* Supervise daily site operations with exacting precision, maintaining the utmost standards of quality and safety synonymous with Data Centre projects.

* Scrutinize subcontractor activities vigilantly, ensuring seamless synchronization with the stringent timelines and specifications characteristic of Data Centre construction.

* Participate actively in various project meetings, reviews, and handovers, where the intricacies of Data Centre projects are paramount.

* Facilitate project closeout procedures meticulously, in collaboration with the Mechanical Package Manager, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with Data Centre regulations.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per annum, complemented by yearly bonuses + accommodation + flights + car share.

Previous data centre experience is preferred
