14645120 Canada Inc. dba as ESM Sourcing is looking for a CEO (Chief Executive Officer). As a warehouse management, material management and product sourcing services company, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the organization's operations, strategy, and overall performance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the company delivers high-quality services to its clients while achieving its financial and operational objectives. You will be responsible for setting the company's vision, developing business strategies, fostering a culture of quality, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Formulate and execute strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality control company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Seek ways to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting employee engagement and development.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all employees, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
Champion a culture of quality, emphasizing continuous improvement and
customer satisfaction.
Implement quality assurance processes to identify and address any deviations or issues.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or in a senior leadership role within the quality control industry or related field.
In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and practices.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration) is typically required. Advanced certifications or an MBA maybe preferred.
