Plumber

Plumber Job Duties:
- Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes, PPR, PVC piping and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures.
- Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing.
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair.
- Prepares bids and schedules and oversees other workers, such as apprentices and helpers
- Writes reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.
- Plumber must have at least 2 years experience in this field.
- Assistant plumber must have at least 1 year experience.

Required Skills/Abilities for All jobs:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must speak English
