Job Description:

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the integrity of structural elements in our finishing projects. While we focus on finishes rather than core construction, your expertise will be essential in evaluating load-bearing elements, structural modifications, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and advising on structural requirements for finishing works, including cladding, façades, partitions, and decorative elements.
• Conducting structural analysis to ensure modifications or additions do not compromise integrity.
• Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate finishing solutions seamlessly.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and calculations to optimize structural performance.
• Performing site inspections to verify compliance with design and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in finishing projects (façades, partitions, decorative elements, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
• Strong understanding of building codes and material properties.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
