An exciting opportunity for a Permitting Specialist to join a growing EPC and Developer in their venture into Germany to assist in their pipeline.
Role & Requirements
Proven expertise in permit acquisition for construction/renewable energy projects in Germany
Knowledge of solar PV project permit requirements
2+ years in project coordination/management
Understanding of local regulations, environmental laws, and experience working with government bodies
Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple permit applications
Excellent communication in German and English (B2 level)
Understanding of construction processes
Strong time/project coordination and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across Europe
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management
Active cooperation with authorities (e.g., Distribution Network Operators) for administrative consents
Verification and archiving of project documents
Preparing reports on the status of consents and agreements
