Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Director to join our client’s team. The Construction Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and site operations.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on project progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on modular construction preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
