Responsibilities:
Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs (ASD) on an individual basis
Assist in the implementation of customised learning plans and necessary accommodations
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering the academic and social growth of the child
Work closely with teachers and fellow staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies as required
Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, offering updates on the child's progress and addressing any concerns
Requirements:
Preferred experience working with children with special educational needs
Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to impacting young learners' lives positively
Dedication to ongoing professional development, embracing new strategies and techniques
