A medium sized, well established Project Management consultancy, based near The Shard, are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team.
They have built a strong reputation of undertaking multi sector projects at all stages from conception, feasibility and planning through to construction and handover. They work in new Build, renovation and Refurbishment projects across a number of sectors.
Based in London our client combines complete Project Management services with Development Management services.
The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years.
About the role:
As the Project Manager you will:
* Work closely with the client to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project
* Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project and manage their development and delivery.
* Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements.
* To conduct project presentations and compile reports.
* Chair & Minute Client and Design Team and Project Meetings.
About the requirements:
* A proven track record of managing and completing own successful projects without assistance in the construction industry, with experience predominantly in the UK.
* Team management experience.
* Extensive experience in dealing with different types of client of varying levels of expertise.
* Experience of the whole project cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage and at each stage in between.
* To develop and generate a work supply stream with the aim of creating a self-sufficient team.
