Site Based Project Manager

Position: Site Based Project Manager - Structural & Architectural Steelwork Would consider a Site Manager looking to progress into Project Management

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50k - £65k+ (negotiable based on experience)

We're are representing as leading specialist steelwork fabricator and supplier, specialising in Structural and Architectural Steelwork. Specialism in Steel Framed Buildings, Steels, Balustrades, Staircases, Handrails, and secondary steelwork. From design to fabrication, site delivery, and erection, they ensure excellence at every stage.

Role Overview:
As a Site Based Project Manager you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of projects across London. Your duties will include organizing and monitoring works from tender to completion, managing budgets and schedules, liaising with clients, overseeing site works, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Coordinate site works and manage fitting contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Maintain communication with senior management through reports and updates.Requirements:

Experience in steel fabrication and site work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
Be able to supervise / manager 8-10 site staff
Experience in RAMS is desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills.
