Job role: Café Manager
Location: West London, Feltham
Salary: £36,000-£38,000
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, 8am-4:30pm
Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Café Manager to work in our catering site in West London.

Cafe Manager Duties:
Leading the onsite catering team
Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
Representing Houston &Hawkes and maintaining a positive brand image
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Completing weekly bookwork and reports
Stocktaking and ordering supplies
Promote Houston & Hawkes marketing
Cafe Manager Requirements:
Experience in coffee shop or catering outlet management
Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
Have excellent financial acumen
Motivated by a passion for quality and, service delivery
Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
Computer proficient
