We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively communicate in English

- Experience in cold calling is preferred

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
