HVAC Project Manager

Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: London/Home counties
Salary: £65k - £75K

The Role:

* Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of commercial and High end residential projects

* Handle around 3 - 4 projects at any time (project value up to £1 million)

* Working with their pre-construction team including design and estimating to implement install.

* Organising labour teams to complete works and then seeing the project through to completion with customer approval and commissioning.

* Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintained and adhered to at project/site level.

* Diary management for subcontractors and day to day management of site staff

* Role based between working from home and sites.

* Reporting to the Managing Director.

The Company:

* Specialising in HVAC projects on Commercial and very high end residential projects up to £1.5 million

* This hire is due to the company growth.

* work consists of design, install and turnkey projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must have strong HVAC knowledge

* Will have previous experience working on commercial projects up to £1 million.

* Will hold a CSCS and/or skill card

* Strong management skills

* Will work well under pressure to meet deadline

* Will have excellent communication skills

* Will be happy to manage multiple projects.
