Accounts Assistant

Our client is a well known family owned landscaping business experiencing massive growth.  As they grow, they are working with us to find someone to support their accounts and estimation functions.

This person will be working on processing of accounts on Xero, sales ledger, processing payments, credit control, cash reports and resolution of client queries.

As well as this aspect of support, the individual will be trained to support the Estimator, putting together quotes, evaluating costs, completing Bills of Quantity, and working on tenders.

You may be an accounts assistant or book keeper who wants something slightly different and to apply your numeracy and accuracy to another area of  business and learn something new.

The ideal candidate for this role will be/have:

Good experience with accounts administration particularly sales ledger
Experience of Xero a definite advantage
Great Excel skills
Knowledge of sales ledger and credit control
High level of numeracy
Commercial awareness
Willing to learn and grow with the business
You will be part of a friendly professional team, who are all dedicated to the growth and success of the business.
