About the Role: As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring that it provides top-notch care and support to all residents. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high standard of care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Leading a team of skilled and caring staff, you'll work collaboratively to provide person-centered care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of the care home's operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
Develop and implement care plans, assessing residents' needs and monitoring their progress.
Maintain effective communication with residents, their families, and relevant healthcare professionals.
Oversee budgetary and financial matters, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and residents' experiences.
Requirements:

Valid nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and active NMC registration.
Proven experience as a Home Manager within a care home setting.
A thorough understanding of relevant care regulations and CQC standards.
Exceptional leadership and management skills with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with residents and their families.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and resolve challenges effectively.
Remuneration: The role of Home Manager offers a highly competitive annual salary of £55,000 per annum, reflecting your skills, experience, and dedication to making a positive impact on residents' lives.
