Job Title: Head Of Marketing 
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
Location: Liverpool, City Centre
This is an exciting new opportunity to join a hardworking lively team in Liverpool within a leadership role as The Head of Marketing. Your primary focus will be managing and developing their B2C website and sales portal, as well as spearheading marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the B2C website and sales portal.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive B2C sales.

Identify and manage third-party lead generation partners.

Plan and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyse marketing performance data.

Produce reports on marketing activities and results.

Manage, develop, and promote the MLA brand to build brand awareness.

Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, focusing on digital but including traditional methods.

Assist with all marketing areas within the business as needed.

The Ideal Candidate would have:

Extensive all-around marketing experience with a digital-first approach.

Proven high-level experience in B2C marketing.

Expertise in lead generation and marketing funnels.

Proficient in managing email marketing campaigns.

Skilled in paid social media, including ad creation, copywriting, and budget management.

Strong stakeholder management experience, able to build positive relationships internally and externally.

Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to seek new business.

Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Competent in IT, including the production, presentation, and analysis of management information.

Ability to work under pressure and a strong desire to succeed.

Team player with impeccable attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
