Project - Landmark £100 million Multi Occupancy Project
Remuneration Package - £50,000 - £60,000 + Package
Summary:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Site Manager working on a £100m Multi Occupancy Project in Manchester
You will be working for one of the UK's leading construction companies on a landmark project within the region. You will be responsible of a large team of sub-contractors, ensuring all work is being completed to high standards.
The company is a multi-disciplinary main contractor with a great deal of experience delivering across multiple sectors of the construction industry including commercial, residential, industrial projects.

Salary on offer:
Private healthcare & dental packages
£50,000 - £60,000 base salary
£5,000 car allowance

25 day holidays + bank holidays Qualifications:
Experience of overseeing larger value projects £50m+ from start to completion
Proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager ideally with experience of High Rise Residential projects.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently
Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build quality
