Supplier Analyst - Financial Services

Due to an internal move my client, an award winning banking organisation, currently seek a Supplier Specialist to support the groups Third Party Supplier oversight programme. Duties will include:

* Responsible for developing and maintaining an appropriate level of supplier oversight

* Working with a range of suppliers primarily supplying digital tools to enable the organisation to operate efficiently

* Ensure suppliers are working within any required FCA / PRA regulatory obligations

* Undertake regular supplier reviews using scorecards to measure performance against objectives

* Reporting findings regularly both internally and to suppliers in order to discuss successes and failures

* Ensure supplier due diligence is completed on any new suppliers and assessing any risks and concerns

* Manage and monitor supplier performance

* Ensure supplier records are accurately maintained

* Support the development and improvement of the Supplier Management Framework

Applicants will ideally possess supplier experience from the financial services or insurance sectors although closely aligned industry experience will be considered. You will possess a broad understanding of FCA / PRA / EBA requirements in relation to third party supplier management along with an understanding of the supplier life-cycle from on-boarding through to in-service governance and contract termination. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite along with keen attention to detail and the ability to identify address supplier service issues.
