Role : Supported Accommodation Team Leader
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Contract : Permanent
Hours : 4 x 10 shift per week on a 3 week rolling rota includes weekends
Salary : starting £28,329
The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working with a client in the Lancashire area who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as a Leaving Care team leader.
About the role:
As a team leader you will lead and mentor a team to deliver the best outcomes in line with the company’s ethos. You will be responsible to the 16+ Supported Manager and undertake duties that ensure the service is delivering to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate:
* Effective Leadership (at least 12 months) within a similar environment
* Working in partnership with multi-agencies (e.g social workers)
* Confident with outlook, word and excel
* Be confident to communicate with all that come into contact with the service
