Supported Housing Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing Coordinator to provide support within a housing service based in the M20 area of Manchester.
We are looking for someone to take the role on a temporary to permanent position.
Working hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Pay rate of £14.23 PAYE per hour PAYE £17.61per hour UMB
We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
Speaking with the residents daily
Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
Involving the residents in activities within the service
Arranging activities for the residents of the service, fish and chip nights, scrabble nights or even a game of cards,
Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT and systems
Previous Housing experience preferred, managing tenancies and void propertied etc
Easy to approach and be able to chat easily with residents.
You will need to be a driver with access to a car with business insurance to apply for this position.
You will need an enhanced DBS already in place prior to applying
