HR Business Partner, Warrington area, Permanent, £45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a successful and commercial organization with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Due to growth and continued success, they are looking for an operationally focussed HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

As HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Manager and form part of the wider HR team. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will help drive the HR agenda whilst providing full responsibility and support to your client group. You will be responsible for providing a robust and accurate service to both managers and employees. You will need an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice to support line managers across all aspects of HR remit including recruitment, termination, performance management, absence management, employee relations, reward and HR best practice. An experienced HR Business Partner you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid, well-rounded generalist, you are a passionate, influential, proactive, and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will be operationally focussed and enjoy a hands-on role. Essentially you will have gained your experience from within a heavily unionised, manufacturing/logistics/distribution or similar organisation.
