Bristow Holland is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an End User Computing Engineer to join a rapidly expanding nationwide business.
This role is to deliver a modern workplace, ensuring the end user experience when using technology is seamless, simple, and integrated.
You will have the capabilities and proactive approach to drive continuous process efficiencies, delivery method improvements and management techniques to deliver smoothly across the laptop / mobile estate at both a hardware and software level.
Responsibilities:
* Improving the user's digital experience
* Device management
* Software and OS (Operating Systems) deployment and management
* Configuration and user settings management
* Investigate potential and actual service problems and recommend & test proposed solutions
* Software version control
* Provide 2nd / 3rd Line support
* Liaise directly with users and key stakeholders (internal and external) to understand and resolve issues
* Managing 3rd party relationships used to deploy and maintain services
* Work on roll-out and delivery of IT projects / Service Requests.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in technical role, preferably in a modern workplace environment
* Working in an Enterprise IT environment
* Configuring and maintaining SCCM/MECM
* Intune / Autopilot
* Microsoft Azure
* Working with stakeholders to provide support and continuous improvements
* Group Policy
* OS and Application configuration packaging and deployment
* Experience of an Office 365 environment
* Leading deployment projects
This is a hybrid role with 50% working from home
