My client is an established Multinational manufacturer of hydraulic components, based in the Northwest.  Established for over 20 years they have built a hydraulic industry known reputation for quality products and fantastic service.

Due to exceptional growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Warehouse Manager to head their stores and warehouse operations.

Warehouse Manager - Warrington
£34,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)

26 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, private company pension, annual and company performance-based bonus.

Working Monday – Friday (NO WEEKEND OR SHIFT WORK).

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide constant positive leadership, training and coaching to motivate and develop your team.
Working closely with various departments within the business to ensure processes run smoothly.
Deliver improvement plans and initiatives.
Provide support and improve your team in terms of training, engagement, and teamwork.
Drive your team to consistently produce high standards.
Hold regular meetings with your team to review departments performance.
Create a hardworking, positive culture.
Provide feedback to your team.
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are always met and followed.

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, fulfilment, and productivity.

Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance/calibration when necessary.
Can perform and delegate stock control operations to maintain accuracy.
To apply you MUST have or hold:

Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environment.
Experience Managing a team in a similar environment.
Good Knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety procedures.
Ability to write and amend risk assessments.
Be able to prioritise workload based on department’s needs.
Experience in managing multi skilled teams and producing reports based on KPI’s.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
Confident working with internal systems with a willing to develop own skills.
Approachable with the ability to motivate and develop teams/individuals.
A mechanical understanding is desirable.
An understanding of Hydraulics is advantageous.
FLT Licence is an advantage
IOSH/NEBOSH is an advantage
