Your responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both your clients and candidates, focusing on the growing technology industry in Ireland.
You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates and building relationships to create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. You will help guide candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews and ensuring a smooth experience. You will represent these candidates to your clients, schedule interviews and provide them with any relevant feedback.
It's important for you to stay informed about industry trends, so you can provide market insight and manage expectations.
You will also be responsible for generating new business - this involves chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting with new clients. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process and making successful placements for your clients and candidates is your main goal.

Salary package negotiable and monthly commission based on placements made (earn up to 35% of your monthly revenue)
