The Company:

Polydeck is part of the Water Management Solutions (WMS) business unit of the Genuit Group Plc. .

Polydeck manufactures, bridges, boardwalks and planks made from structural composite of FRP and recycled PET (bottles) with a design life in excess of 75 years.

Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team at Polydeck covering our Scotland area. This role will focus on the sales of our bridges, boardwalks and planks, developing our business within the Scotland.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Act as a point of contact between the customer and the business

* Present, promote and sell Polydeck products to existing and prospective customers.

* Research potential new customers within your area and contact via cold calling

* Achieve the agreed sales/new customer targets set and within the timescales

* Build and maintain a positive relationships with customers both before and after sales

* Respond and resolve customer complaints and concerns as appropriate

* Ensure the CRM system is up to date at all times

* Maintain and in depth understanding of all the Polydeck products in order to advise and make the most suitable recommendations to customers

* ·Co-ordinate sales with other business areas of the WMS division were appropriate

* Cross cover colleagues and other areas of the UK when required

Person Specification:

* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales is essential

* CRM System knowledge is essential.

* Able to understand technical drawings & work under pressure.

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written with ability to create and deliver presentations.

* Confident and excellent telephone manner

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

* Professional, business minded with positive and resilient attitude.

* Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent time management skills

* Flexible and able to work to the needs of the business with a strong work ethic.

* Due to the nature of this role a full driving licence is essential
